Returns Information

30-Day FREE Return

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer you 30-day Free returns on any order shipped within the contiguous United States, calculated on the day the package received shown on postal service systems. We will process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Returns Need To Meet Following Requirements:
  1. Your purchase must be made on our website instead of 3rdparty sellers;
  2. Packages should be intact without stain and damage, knives were not misused;
  3. All international orders outside USA are final.
Return Instruction: 
  1. Send your return request with order number and photo proof (if available) to customerservice@klausmeyerknife.com;
  2. Our customer service will send you a shipping label (USPS/FedEx) at our cost;
  3. Ship with the label provided. Refund will process once our warehouse receive the returned package. Usually it takes up to 7-14 days to present in your bank statement.

Note: We do not refund shipping fees from the original order.
