Defect-Free Assurance

We guarantee that every Klaus Meyer product is free from manufacturing defects. If you purchase a genuine Klaus Meyer product through an authorized retailer and it is found to be defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will replace the defective product with a brand-new one.

Normal Wear and Misuse

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse of the product. However, we understand that accidents can happen, and we're here to assist. If your Klaus Meyer product has been damaged due to misuse, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team. They will assess the damage and may be able to offer you advice and options for addressing the issue. Klaus Meyer reserves the right to offer any possible options.
